This is a machine that helps in the visual examination of tablets, both coated and uncoated kinds, of different sizes.
Manual tablet inspection machine feeds the pills from a chute onto a conveyor belt that rotates or vibrates the tablets through 360 degrees to enable the operators identify physical defects. Stainless steel 304 structure forms the base of the manual tablet inspection machine. It constitutes of an endless conveyor belt at the center. An AC motor controlled via AC Variable Frequency Drive controls the belt. Tablets from the Stainless Steel Hopper drop on a magnetic vibrator, which eliminates dust and chips from the tablets.
An operator examines the front side of the tablets from one end while the second operator examines the rear side from the other end.
Rejection tablet tray collects the tablets with defects while 100 percent perfect tablets drop into the collection drum.
