Overview: Tablet fed to the hopper, are transferred to teh flow control turntable by the vibratory feed. Tablets are properly aligned in a single line and sent o the inspection subsystem.
At the inspection subsystem, tablets are transferred by the disc conveyor unit to pass through side-1/2 and side 3/4 lighting units for circumferential side inspection; and through face-1 and face-3 lighting units by the 1st and 2nd belt conveyor units for face and back inspection.
While each tablet passes through lighting units, images are processed for individual judgment and individual judgments are then complied for overall judgment. Based on the overall judgment, defective and acceptable tablets are automatically separated by the rejector unit.
