The machine consist of:
Main Drive: 30:1 ration reduction gearbox as driven by an electric motor with the help of `V’ belt pulley and MIXER drive shaft is driven by chain & sprocket. The drive unit is enclosed in M.S. structure Covered with S.S. Sheet.
Hopper Assembly: 50 KG Hopper mounted on top of auger funnel assembly.
Auger Assembly: Rotating auger is mounted in the center of hopper assembly along with steady S.S.funnel.
Mixer Assembly: Mixer assembly is mounted in the centre and on top of the auger for proper mixing of material.
Clutch brake unit: Clutch brake unit mounted in line with the main gearbox to
Control the rotating movement of the auger.
Electrical Assembly: Electrical assembly is housed in the panel box. the machine containing MCB’s, controllers, and push buttons, Thumbwheel switches.
