It is designed for use within a hood or biosafety cabinet To fill and stopper up to 120ml vials with 20mm stoppers Rate: Up to 40 per minute, depending on fill volume and product flow characteristics The stoppers are fed from a vibratory bowl that is located remote to the open vials and horizontal to the conveyor. The vibratory bowl is capable of feeding both 13mm and 20mm stoppers Stoppers are delivered to a delivery chute in which they roll on their side (a Cozzoli innovation) to a remote pick-up station. Should there be insufficient stoppers at the lower portion of the delivery chute, the machine will stop. The exterior is manufactured of 304 stainless steel, the frame is aluminum Raised work surface allows for easier cleanup.
